How my journey began

I’ve never been someone who could sit back and watch chaos unfold without trying to make it better.

Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats—operations director, manager, marketer, organizer, problem-solver, team leader, and the person people tend to call when things feel messy, overwhelming, or stuck. My career has taken me through industries ranging from retail, legal, medical, and home services, sharpening my skills in business operations, marketing, customer experience, and team development. What ties it all together is a deep understanding of people, systems, and how businesses actually function day to day.

I created Scrolling Squirrel because I saw how many small business owners were trying to do everything themselves while still attempting to grow, lead teams, serve customers, and somehow maintain a life outside of work.

At the end of the day, most of us are just trying to make it home to our families, build something meaningful, stash a few nuts away for the future, and create a life that feels bigger than survival mode. That’s the heart behind Scrolling Squirrel.

I know what it feels like to carry the mental load of a business, and I also know how transformative it can be to have someone beside you who can bring structure, clarity, strategy, and follow-through to the table. My goal is to help businesses become strong, sustainable, and streamlined enough that growth no longer feels chaotic—where eventually the focus shifts from simply surviving to intentionally building momentum.

My approach is practical, creative, and deeply personalized. I’m not interested in cookie-cutter solutions or corporate fluff. I believe successful businesses are built through consistency, adaptability, strong relationships, and systems that support people instead of burning them out.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple goal: helping good businesses become stronger, more sustainable, and easier to run.
